Overview of 20th Century American HistoryThis course focuses on the transformation of the United States in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Government, the economy, society, culture, technology, environment, diversity, unity, and conflict are explored and synthesized allowing students to link events across time. Relationships with other countries and the impact of those relationships upon the future of the United States as a world power is an important part of the curriculum taught.
